1 - General Terms
Please note that unless otherwise specified in this Policy, all products may not be eligible for exchange or return. Please ensure you open and inspect any package you believe may have been damaged during shipping in the presence of a shipping representative. If there is any damage to the item, do not accept the item, and ask the shipping company to issue a damage report.
Once you accept the item, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty. Used or damaged items cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for returning the item in the condition in which it was received and for compensating any loss in the item's commercial value due to use.
If the Buyer discovers material defects in buttons, fasteners, seams, or materials within 30 days of receiving the custom-made garment, the Buyer may submit a complaint to LARA ARI for verification. If LARA ARI's Quality Control team determines that the product is indeed defective, at its discretion, LARA ARI will offer a fair solution regarding the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laraari.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions about returns, please contact us at info@laraari.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Due to the special nature of our products, customers must indicate their size for every online purchase. Production and delivery are made according to the size ordered. Products sent for reasons of "size incompatibility" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Taxes and fees paid at customs (such as customs duties, VAT, excise and compensatory taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the return process. By proceeding, the customer accepts this condition.
Return Policy
Products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery can be returned by filling out a return and exchange form. Returns are processed through our E-commerce department.
Any items that have been altered or tailored in any way are not eligible for return. Items inspected at delivery by the shipping company and identified as damaged or defective retain their right to return.
Shipping costs are not covered by our company for this process.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@laraari.com.

Original invoices must be provided for a return to be accepted.
